Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at BOLTIQUE LUXE . To ensure we can continue offering high-quality products at fair prices, we have a strict return policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. 7-Day Return Window (Damaged Items Only)
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is physically damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind," color preference, or style dislike.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect against fraudulent claims, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video for all return requests.
The video must show the original outer packaging being opened for the first time.
The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
3. Size & Fit Exchanges (Dresses Only)
We understand that fit is important. We allow size exchanges for apparel only under these strict conditions:
Pristine Condition: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags Attached: All original tags must remain attached.
No Marks/Odors: Any items with makeup stains (foundation/powder), deodorant marks, perfume scents, or smoke odors will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Shipping Costs: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the new size.
4. Jewelry & Keychain Policy (Non-Returnable)
Size Perception: Our jewelry and keychains are photographed using professional high-detail (macro) lenses to show texture. This may make items appear larger than they are. We do not accept returns if the reason is "size difference from the image."
Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, all jewelry (especially earrings) and keychains are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless arrived damaged.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. How to Start a Claim
If you receive a damaged item, please WhatsApp us at 6238684499 or email helloboltique@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
Your Order Number.
The Mandatory Unboxing Video.
Photos of the damaged area.
