Thank you for choosing BOLTIQUE LUXE . We are committed to delivering your orders across India as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Reach
We ship to almost all pincodes within India. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will contact you to find an alternative or provide a full refund.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
During high-demand periods (festivals or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, the estimated delivery time is:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you make a payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Address & Delivery Accuracy
Correct Information: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and mobile number are 100% accurate.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Re-shipping: In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
BOLTIQUE LUXE is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the courier marks the package as "Delivered."
If your package arrives physically damaged, please refer to our Return Policy regarding the mandatory unboxing video requirement to assist us in raising a claim with the courier.
